"Fresh Method, Fresh Outcome"
In my opinion, my credit score didn’t budge at all during my time with MSI. It was a real struggle to see even a 50-point boost. He managed to get rid of about eight collections that were hurting my credit score. I'm really grateful to them, and now I'm on the path to purchasing my first home.

Up to now, Luis has been super helpful, and his communication is spot on. I was a bit nervous about sharing my info with a random person from TikTok, but I get it—it's a common worry. If you're feeling the same way, trust me, Luis is a reliable dude, and he’ll work to get those pesky negative items taken care of as fast as possible. If you’re looking for quick results, I’d recommend going for the VIP option. Otherwise, it might take a bit longer since he handles one bureau at a time with the regular plan.

"Decent support, but not quite what I hoped..."
Decent support, but someone is always there to pick up the phone. My overall experience has been a bit underwhelming. In the last four months, they’ve taken one item off my credit, and I’m not sure if it’s worth the nearly $1000 I’ve spent. Not sure if that really makes sense for just one item being removed, but I was informed it’s a six-month program, so I’ll update my review when that time comes.

Up to now, I haven't noticed any real results. I enrolled in the service for two particular items on my credit report, and after more than 120 days, there's been no improvement for either one.

"I started off feeling skeptical..."
I started off feeling skeptical since I had previously paid another company that didn’t do a thing for my credit. But with MSI, I’m actually seeing results. There’s real progress happening. They provided clear verbal and written guidance that I needed to stick to in order to contribute. I was involved in the process from start to finish. I was always in the loop.
